Refund policy

At Wudyu, we want you to love every piece you wear. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right.
Please review our return and refund guidelines below.


1. Eligibility & Timeframe

You have 14 days from the delivery date to try your order and ensure everything is perfect.

If needed, you can return it within the same 14-day period.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • All tags and packaging must be intact.

  • Sale, clearance, and final-sale items cannot be returned unless defective.

  • For hygiene reasons, underwear, swimwear, and accessories (e.g., socks, earrings) are non-returnable.


2. How to Start a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@wudyu-move.com and include:

  1. Your order number

  2. The item(s) you’d like to return or exchange

  3. A brief reason for the return

Once your request is approved, we’ll send you return instructions and a shipping address.


3. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect your item.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or sent in error.

  • If you used a free shipping promotion and your return brings your total below the qualifying threshold, standard shipping fees may be deducted from your refund.

  • Refunds will only be issued once the returned item is received and approved.


4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email support@wudyu.com within 7 days of delivery.
Include:

  • Photos of the item and packaging

  • Your order number

We’ll send a replacement or full refund at no additional cost, and cover all shipping fees.


5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or we made an error.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

  • Returns lost in transit without tracking cannot be refunded.


6. Exchanges

Unfortunately, we don’t offer exchanges.
You can return your product(s) and then place a new order for your desired item.


7. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Underwear, swimwear, and socks

  • Accessories and jewelry

  • Items marked “Final Sale” at checkout

  • Items missing original tags or packaging


8. Gift Returns

If your item was marked as a gift at checkout:

  • You may return it for store credit equal to the value of the returned item.

  • Credit will be issued once we receive and approve the return.


9. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before shipment by emailing support@wudyu-move.com.
Once shipped, the standard return process applies.


10. Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund hasn’t arrived after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank or card account.

  2. Contact your payment provider.

  3. If still unresolved, email support@wudyu-move.com — we’re here to help.
