1. What is Wudyu?

Wudyu is a modern leisurewear brand designed to bring comfort, elegance, and confidence to everyday movement. Our pieces are made from breathable, high-quality fabrics that feel effortless — perfect for walking, traveling, or simply being on the go.

2. Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver across Bahrain and offer international shipping to select countries. Delivery times and rates are shown at checkout.

3. How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders within Bahrain usually arrive within 2–4 business days.
International orders may take 7–10 business days, depending on the destination.

4. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email or SMS with a tracking link so you can follow your delivery in real time.

5. What fabrics do you use?

Our clothing is made from a thoughtful blend of nylon, spandex, cotton, and bamboo — chosen for their breathability, softness, and long-lasting quality. We design each piece to feel as light and natural as possible, like a second skin.

6. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping for orders above 80 BHD within Bahrain.
International shipping fees vary based on destination.

7. What is your return policy?

You have 14 days from the delivery date to try your order.
If something isn’t right, you can return it for free — as long as it’s unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags still attached.
(Please note that we currently do not offer exchanges.)

8. How do I start a return?

To initiate a return, contact us at support@wudyu-move.com
 with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and a brief reason.
Once approved, we’ll arrange for a courier pickup or provide instructions for drop-off.

9. What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

If you received the wrong item or a defective product, please email support@wudyu-move.com
 within 7 days of receiving your order.
We’ll replace it or issue a refund at no cost to you.

10. Do you offer exchanges?

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you’d like a different size or color, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

11. Are Wudyu pieces true to size?

Yes, Wudyu pieces are designed to fit true to size. For a more relaxed or modest fit, we recommend sizing up. You can also check our size guide on each product page for detailed measurements.

12. How should I care for my Wudyu pieces?

To keep your garments in perfect condition:

Machine wash cold, gentle cycle

Do not bleach or tumble dry

Hang to dry

Avoid ironing over logos or prints

Our fabrics are made to last — even after many washes.
